some creations

I thought I would start a blog as well.. Seemed interesting. I'd like to be able to keep track of things about Abbie. This also gives me reasons to stay up with my picture taking.

Saturday, Abigail went to a Halloween party at her gymnastics. She dressed up as Ariel. The wig was great.. haha.. It made me have visions of what her hair may have been like if it was that crazy Jones hair ;)

She was very excited about attending the party. After they wore their costumes they all got to change into their leos and have a blast. It was fun the kids got to run around like they were crazy and do whatever they wanted. If you know Miss Judy, you'd understand why this is such a rarity. If you squint that little spot that looks like it could be a person is Abbie running up something.. sorry I wasn't a gymnast.. at the top they just jumped off. I think Abbie liked it so much because the teacher working this kept telling her how brave she was for doing it. Quickest way to get her to do anything.. flattery...

At home on Sunday we.. mainly Abbie made a haunted house. I did the structural building of the house.. which I personally am not very good at.. Next time I'm sure I'll have more success. The first is the creator in action, with the last two showing the finished project. The bottom pic says boo.. she came up with that all on her own. Such a smart spookie cookie :)

The other home project we worked on was decorating a black wreath. I have to say I was pretty excited to find a plain black one with nothing on it. I think next year we're making homemade spiders or bats or ghosts.. or maybe all of the them to hang from it.

To answer your question... yes that is an arm inte photo.. no, it is not there to hold the wreath it is holding a thing that has a picture of the Jonas Brothers... not sure which is scarier the wreath or them ;)
